Wow, what a bad attitude

We went shopping on the 24/11/2013 at Edgars in Mall @ Carnival.

I understand its Christmas time and all the shopping centres are busy. After browsing through the shop we started to look for a queue we came to stand in the cosmetic departments queue. After waiting exactly an hour and a half to be helped, once we got to the front the lady helping us said that she was hungry and tired and that was the reason for her to be so slow and that is why she could not even crack a smile, I would understand if our queue was imaginably long but we were 3rd in line. So it took her more than an hour to help 3 people. And then she left to call the manger witch took anther 15 min, manager came and said that we must just stay calm she has customers on the other side of the shop as well. How rude... In Christmas spirit you would want to see a smile on everybody's faces.

Very disappointed.
