I am really disappointed with the service and attitude of the manager at Jet wonderpark shopping Centre. She just did not care about the service that the customers were getting in the store. The queue was long and there was only one till open. Even the moaning and complains from the customers did not bother her enough to do something about the problem. I think it is about time she catches a wakeup because gone are those day when customers did not have rights and choices, we do now and customer service is the key to make any businnes a success. Any manager should know that but I guess she does not. Her planning, how do you let all your cashiers go home at the pick time and only be let with one trainee? I really dont think any customer deserves to wait in a queue for 30 minutes before being assisted. None of her staff was friendly and they gave an " I dont care attitude" when we were complaining. The only person who seemed to know what customer service is all about was the security guard at the door. She was friendly and very helpful. She deserves that management positions. She can really do a better job.
