Messed up orde

On Sunday I decided to go and order a cake at pick n pay Orange Farm I asked the the biggest cake that they have cause it was my daughters birthday. I asked them to do the bottom layer chocolate and the to one vanela and I asked them not to put to much cream everything that I asked for was never done they did the opposite of that and only give me vanela. Now how the do I enjoy something that I didnt ask for but paid for it. im sure this is not the first time they do this to people because they know we will not take it back. so what do I do with this stupid cake I had to cut it cause I couldn't take it back what was I suppose to tell my daughter they service and I wanna find out where to from here pick n pay Orange Farm jerrr ek is vol im
