Unpleasant Shopping

Dear Sirs,

I have previsouly commended the clicks group of its friendly staff and great variety in products. I have however, recently been forced to shop elsewhere because of the bad shopping conditions I am fiinding in store. I often need to take my children along with me when I do my shopping. which can be taxing on its own. this however is escalated by the fact, that:

1. I cannot navigate my way around the isles with the instore trolleys, due to the fact that the isles are laiden with products such as nappies, toilet paper and various other goods, which takes up more place than the trolley needs to get by.
2. Staff at many of the stores are rather unhelpful and will plough right through you with their packing trollies.
3. I have bought several make-up items and to my dismay, had found that the one that had not seals, had been used, or were half empty.
4. Staff watch you like you are a criminal, following you down the isles and yet not willing to offer assistance when needed, makes brousing very unpleasant. often I just grab what I know and need to get out of the store.
5. Open items with missing contents.
We want the old clicks back.
