The worst service ever given!

Used this salon many times and took my mom every xmas for a treat. She comes from overseas every year. Perhaps this problem is due to new management. Booked a week before, 2 Pedi's for myself and mom. On arrival no set up. Mom was seated on a small chair, she asked for a new one as it was uncomfortable. The looks! The lady asked why on earth she must change the chair? There was no space for us to sit. They moved us 3 times while our feet were in the water. Ladies were disgustingly rude and the attitude! We were told that they are in a hurry as it is fully booked. In 10sqm we were 7 women packed like fish. The actual treatment was a joke, it was rushed and upsetting. We felt uneasy and wanted to leave immediately. We were the only 2 ladies that were not offered coffee, how rude. My mothers nail polish was smudged all over her toes, when we mentioned that, the lady just shook her head and told us that we are done and must go. Our toes were not even dry. We had to fix them at home. I called the owner Sharon as we walked out, she had not time for me, told me to call later. Later she told me that she is away, I must call Monday. Sharon I want all my money back! Disgusting!
