Very bad attitude / lying

Last night at 20:24 I went into style studio with my husband and three kids. My husband asked the two women in front if my youngest daughter could get a fringe cut from them. She is 9yrs old. Please keep in mind that there was no other customers in the studio at the time and I thought it would not be problem to cut a fringe for a 9yr old. No wash or blow. We were told immediately sorry 'we fully booked' at 20:24??? Sure they were! The older women with glasses in the front gave us a really bad look when we all walked in there making us feel very unwelcome and I'm sure the younger assistant just followed her questions 'sorry we fully booked' instead blatantly lying, they could have just said we closing. I understand all stores close 9pm at Canal walk so I really don't know what the issue was. My daughter did not feel very good as we're travelled from Brackenfell to receive this kind of blatantly rude and lazy attitude. I will never go that store again and I hope no one else experiences this kind of attitude from them.
