Perfect 10
Get the right people please!

2 different issues. I went for a pedicure at perfect 10 and the lady that helped me was supposedly the manager. She tried to upsell me and when I decided to stick with the appointment that I booked she explained to me that That same appointment was in fact more expensive than what I was told. I have been to this store twice before and I have always received this treatment at this price... but ok I said i understand.
Then she did my pedicure and after she painted my toes she put on my sandals and smudged my big toe... she didn't fix it but instead she just painted over it quickly as a quick fix. Then she tried to put on my other sandal and smudged my other big toe!! Same thing she quickly took it off and just painted over it. Then she tried to put on my sandals again and clearly did not know how to, so I just said let me do it, and i did it without smudging it! After I left the store I had a proper look and it is clear that both my big toes are not done with a perfect finish because of her quick fix and I paid more than what I thought I was going to and I'm unhappy! It just doesn't make sense. I have been to this store twice before and both the other beauticians were very capable!
