Rudeness and customer abuse shouldn't be tolerated

I made a phone booking on a Saturday afternoon to get my nails and toes done on Sunday. During my call, the lady on the other end of line sounded distracted and even hung up before I had even had the chance to confirm the details of my appointment. When I arrived for my appointment on Sunday, a lady by the name of Cindy (who was also apparently the manager) argued with me that I had said that I wanted to come on Monday and that I had asked for a different service. I calmly informed her that was not the case and that I was in fact booked for Sunday and for a gel treatment. The lady continued to argue with me, very loudly, at the same time other employees in the salon also chimed in very rudely. After being told to leave and come back after an hour only to be told to leave again, I was finally assisted. This 2 hours after the time that I booked. During the appointment, I was treated to further abuse by both the manager and staff to the point where we were screaming at each other from opposite ends of the store. In this entire ordeal, no apology was offered. I am shocked that Perfect 10 would hire such managers as they completely lack customer skills and have no respect for people.
