HUMILIATED AND UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICES

I, received a groupon give voucher for a Brazilian blowout and cut from Classic Hair and Beauty Salon at the Radisson Hotel in Sandton. On my arrival very excited, one of the ladies immediately started to insult me by saying "this one is using box dye on her hair" aloud in front of all the customers and staff. I was told that my hair will only have a 25% success rate. After treatment was applied I asked for my haircut upon which the one lady told the other lady" this one wants a cut". My hair was not cut only shredded into no particular hair style. I was in the salon for about two hours with nothing be offered to drink, there is no magazines for clients. On my arrival back at home my sister whom purchased the voucher phoned the owner whom with no manners and very rudely replied that a cut would be a additional price this is clearly on stated on the groupon voucher. Ladies please this was a very bad experience and I do not recommend this salon to anyone. The owner and staff is very unprofessional and unmannered.
