ENTIRE MAKRO PMB CUSTOMER SERVICE STILL ON HOLIDAY

On 22nd Dec I booked in my 2 month old karcher pressure cleaner to Makro Pmb. The end of the first week in Jan, Karcher forwarded quote for the repair to makro. No sms or telephone calls about this quote, from the useless inefficient customer service staff was received. A week and a half after the quote was sent from karcher I HAD TO phone the in makro to find out status of repair, to which i was told"oh yes the quote was received one & a half weeks ago from the supplier". I inquired why no sms or telephone call was made informing me about this to which she replied "i don't know". I clearly instructed her to NOT get it repaired and return the machine to the store, where i would pick it up. The said she would make a note on the system so the driver would pick it up on Thursday that week. Next week being the 3rd week in Jan i phoned to see if arrived only to be told its still at supplier & no mention of it to be returned on the system. 1st week in Feb i phoned again, spoke to Ntando & Zakira & like the rest of the inexperienced staff at makro pmb don't know anything. Now in 3rd week of Feb still not returned. The entire customer service dept needs to fired for their incompetence
