Called the call centre on the 18th Dec to enquire why my order would only be delivered in Feb 2014 for a parcel that was supposed to take 24 hours and spoke to a delightful (NOT), helpful (NOT) lady called Alicia who not only had a rotten attitude but still did not action my request to have the available item shipped in time for Christmas. I called back and explained the situation to Amina then requested to speak to a manager and was kept on hold for more than half an hour... and still no manager, GIVEN then took my next call and not only did she save this pathetic excuse for service, but she even apologised on behalf of her colleagues. Hats off to Given - it's because of service-orientated STARS like you that call centres will survive. Alicia, karma is a you-know-what!
