This is how you do a launch

So, I went to Makro Ottery on Friday 13 December to pick up a Playstation 4 bundle at about 7:30am, expecting a massive and chaotic que. To my surprise, the staff at Makro Ottery were professional and organised as they issued tickets to people on a fist come first served basis to pick up a PS4. This was a pleasure as there was no rudeness and shoving and everyone had a pleasant experience. A special thank you to Keegan as I had a problem with my PS plus voucher and he is taking care of it. Good service.
