Makro did not address my complaint

I wrote a complaint on Monday 2 Dec 2013, regarding Makro that indicated to us via 3 staff members that their Ceres fruit juice was on special, and then we did not get this discount.

Makro said they will come back about this issue, and in a week this was not addressed.

We are not happy, Makro indicate the price for 5 X 6 Pack for R25 if we take 5, instead we were charged R27.95 and did not get the discount. This after the till operator at least 5 times showed us the discount on the till by pressing a button, and confirmed the discount.

It is simply unbelievable that this was possible. We can not understand how could the till operator by clicking a button show us the discount price, and clicking again the normal price.

We are highly annoyed at what transpired and want this rectified. We confirmed beforehand if there was special on fruit juice, and got confirmation. We then confirmed it again at the fruit juice display, and confirmed it again at the till.

Out mistake was that we did not pick it up after we paid.

I have no problem if there was no special, but why would 3 Makro people indicate there was.

Very unhapy. Won't let this go.
