Terrible Service

I bought my son a BMX Trickbike for Xmas. As with most people - money is tight so 1 expensive gift not 3 or 4 presents - just one!! (Divorced single mother). When he opened it Xmas morning he was so excited, to my horror the frame was in the box, wheels attached - NO seat, NO peddles, NO tools, nothing else. 1 present and cant be used on Xmas, so sad -ruined it for him. I promised to call in the morning to find out if they are open (26 Dec), which they were. I had to call at my expense, had to travel back to Ottery at my expense, NO STOCK, will get something else, go back home - NO BIKE!! Was told someone would call the Friday with an alternative, which never happened. Had to call Saturday again @ my expense, drive back to Ottery to collect the new bike, which was apparently R200 less than the original bike. Totem Terminator bought @ R1499 and replacement was a Huffy Berserk. So the acting store mng at the time gave us a voucher for the difference, but also said she will be adding an additional R200 for the inconvenience - very nice. So i decided to use it for stationery, but to my dismay, there was only R200 on the voucher!! ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE MAKRO!!!
