Lazy salesperson with bad attitude

I receivd an email on 24th Dec showin the Makro specials. "4 Days Only... valid from 26 to 29 Dec". I then went 2 Makro Ottery on the 26th of Dec (first day of the specials). I wantd 2 buy the bicycle advertised. It was for my nephew's bday. When I got there, there was NOBODY at the bicycles dept. I had 2 ask other sales staff, who could not assist. Eventually one of them called the person from the bicycles dept.By now, there were 2 other customers waitin 4 him as well. I didn't get his name... tallish thin African guy.
So the first lady told him 2 help the customers & he gave her attitude about how busy he was & he couldn't jst be all over. Well, he was everywhere EXCEPT at the bicycles area, which is apparently his area. So anyway, eventualy wen I succeeded at gettin his attention, he told me there were NO bicycles left! I askd if there were any at all, evn if it was not on special. He jst said No, there were only expensive ones left. The only had the ones on display. He told me 2 go 2 Cape Gate. I drove around all day 2 find one & STILL DIDN'T! Today, a friend of mine went 2 Ottery, & there were all of a sudden enough stock of all bicycles! Did they get stock over the weeknd?!
