Exceptionally useless

I called to place a order for delivery on 031 001 7700 and was told that it would take "1 hour-to-45 mins". After placing my order the lady says that it will reach me in 2 hours, I mean what the are they gonna be doing that my lunch order will take 2 hours just for 2 burgers, Am I then supposed to have Lunch at 3pm? The lady I spoke to was really unhelpful, she refused to listen to me and spoke over me, I asked for the manager and was told that she is the manager yet she couldn't even speak English. I don't mean to sound but what the is a person that sounds illiterate doing in a managerial position and has no people skills! I am really angry with the lack of service I received and will tell everyone I know not to ever purchase from there!!!
