TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

My handbag was with everything in it including my woolworths card on 26/08/2013, I reported it, the la lucia branch kindly helped me with a temp card which expired after 30 days, I went to the greenstone branch in edenvale 2 weeks ago and they refused to assist the supervisors words: "well you'll just have to wait for your new card" we cannot give you a temp card coz its an old acc, iv been waiting 2 months for the new card every other store helped me with my id book but this store refused, they said I can make my monthly payment with my id but cannot purchase. Im very sorry I will not be making any payments until I get my card and you will not list me on itc
