Pathetic Customer Service - Wrongful Listing

My name is Natlie Munnah, In May last year I was contacted by Woolworths and offered a pre-approved Woolworths credit card.
I was told that I must come into a Woolworths store and pick up my credit card. I told the call center agent that the nearest branch to me was Cresta and that I would like to pick the card up from Cresta. I was told that I will receive an sms when the card was ready for collection. In a few days I received an sms saying that the card was at the Centurion branch. I then called the number back and spoke to another agent and told them that I asked for the card to be delivered to Cresta, she apologised and changed the store for collection. I then received another sms few days later that the card was ready for collection at Cresta. I then went to Cresta to collect my card and was told by the store manager that the card is not there. I was and called Woolworths and cancelled my card, I never had the card in my possession or signed for the card and they have listed me for being in arrears for 6 months for the credit. I applied for a bond now and it has affected my credit rating. I need a letter to give my bank and ITC to be updated urgently.
