No Xmas for us

I ordered and made payment to [URL Removed] on the 8th of December. After the order went through it said expected delivery would take place 27/12/13. I immediately sent an e-mail to request them to express courier it or cancel the order. I have heard NOTHING back from these people. I placed orders with Zando, Animal Rescue Org and [URL Removed] and received all those orders before and on Friday (13/12/13). Yupppiechef delivered in half a day. Kalahari are a joke. Stop advertising for xmas if you can't deliver and can't even bother to reply to your customers OR REFUND THEM!!!
