I refuse to call woolworths financial service

I was called by woolworths and offered a woolworths clothing account. I did not want and was eventually took it. The problem is me recieving the card. I was given a temporary card and that expired and they took it. Now whenever I want to buy I get referred to customer services and wait for almost 40 to 50 minutes. Its so embarassing and frustating, The supervisor told me the last time I went to buy that am not gonna buy again without the card. she wanted to put me on the phone to call financial service. In this I had already wasted 50 minutes of my lunch time, I plainly refused and demanded her to get the card delivered to the store rather, she said I must rather call from my work. I took the number, but when I got I realised that I was being played for a fool by woolworths. if they cannot send the card to me then via the store and if not. I am going to pay the account finish and close it. "You are not going to buy again without the original card" I am not sure if must I do the card myself.
