I opened a new woolworths account in May 2013, my store card was to arrive in a max period of 6 weeks, 3 months later still no card received. I had a temp buying card, but only lasted for 30 days, and no additional temp buying can be issued thereafter again for a new account, apparently. im now in a position where im inconvenienced and can't use my account and after numerous calls to head office they cant assist me. they rather give me an excuse of my account being in arrears, of which was also their mistake as the cashier put the payment into the wrong account, but was still an irrelevant excuse as this card was long overdue to be delivered. I insisted that Jade (the call agent at head-office) sorts out the matter with immediate effect for me to use my account with immediate effect and have him to get his supervisor or manager to call me back to let me know how they going to resolve this issue, it's been 3weeks later since my complaint and still no call back as yet. in the meantime, after my complaint, I get a "courtesy call" from woolworths about my account being in arrears (of which was woolworths' mistake), but no call back on the feedback on my complaint... thanx woolworths
