Poor quality

I chose Game to buy my very first dining room suite for my new home earlier this year. After many interactions with the store and a previously logged complaint because of their putrid service, I was utterly horrified when last weekend I saw that my suite is somehow defective and losing its coating! In all the time I've had the suite I've only used it on 3 occasions so know that the damage was not caused by overuse. I am planning to host my first Christmas lunch in my new home but am devastated with my suite being ruined! I struggled financially to get to furnishing my home so am very sad over the poor quality of this suite that costed a pretty penny.
