Complaint about look and listen at (Nausha mobile)

I have waited over 2 months and 3 weeks for the sells/manger person at Look and Listen Clear Water Mall who sold me a wrong wireless router. I Have only received 4 calls from the store and i had to repeat myself to each one of them, telling them the same story when i have driven 3 time to the shop to find out still today no one has contacted me to let me know whats going on. I am highly upset that i must pay for a device for the next 24 months which i cannot use my cell C sim card with 20G of data in my wifi router device and even after the 24 months have passed, i still cannot use the device because the agent that sold me the device gave me a Vodafone wifi router that only takes that Sim. i have never had a problem with my previous purchases but this type of services and sells person who does not understand the job or product he is selling to the public. Is highly unacceptable. Even when returning the device to the store i was advised by another staff member that they had fired that person and also several complaints were against his name. But what good is that now that i am bound to a contract that is on my name which i cannot use of benefit from using the device.
