Good Day,

I went into the Neotel store in Crescent (Umhlanga) to enquire about use of wifi router (costs, coverage, etc). I was informed by the consultant that there was a high speed wifi router from the store that I could use to test the device and check if I am satisfied with it before making any commitments. This was on 19 July 2013. I was on the waiting list and was told that I will be called within a few days as to when I would come to collect the device. To this date there has not been such a call and I wonder how long it actually takes since there were only 3 people prior to me on the waiting list and each person gets one day to use the device. I'm beginning to wonder if Neotel provides such a poor customer service to potential customers how much worse it would be should I become a customer of Neotel or is this the standard I can expect as a norm of Neotel's customer service?

Kindly inform me if I'm ever going to be able to use this loan device? I strongly feel that I should go with Telkom despite the higher charges since better prices from Neotel does not mean reliable customer service.
