Staff working on Christmas

I've noticed that Woolworths is open on Christmas day! I think this is ridiculous, what about your staff? Don't they have families with which they want to spend this special day! I think it is ridiculous I am sure Woolworths makes enough money during the year to give their staff members Christmas day off!!!
