Incomplete delivery

I purchased a lounge suite and the incomplete set was delivered. Several attempts have been made for this to be delivered but I have had no joy. I spent R10 348 in cash and dont feel that there is a desire to deliver what was promised. The slip number was 88151. This is very unprofessional from the store.
