I purchased 2 six pack cases of long life PnP milk that expires July 2013. On opening the seal and using a little I discovered orange (a bit furry and clumpy) in the milk. I called the number on the bottle and expressed concern that a child or aged person could consume the milk without realizing the problem with it. I requested it to be picked up and analyzed. Pick n Pay has shown no concern that this could be a problem and have dragged their feet to get this problem resolved. I made several calls to several people and here I am 2 weeks later on Hello Peter to report that I was emailed to take the milk into a store myself. I am now getting a newpaper to analyze the milk as I have never seen any such thing with milk before. So be warned that PnP couldn't give a rat's about yours and my well being. All they require is your trade, and oh yes, they will refund you on your smart shopper card without informing you and that's the end. Any other company goes all out to give you stuff and keep you happy and not lose your trade. I also had to turf the rest of the milk as a second bottle opened proved to be as deadly as the first. You Pick N Pay- I'm going to CHECKERS!!!
