Identity phoned me last year Nov and said I had to pay R500 for my account to be paid up, so I paid them R500 in Desember 2012. January comes and thay say I still have a balance of just over R1000, wich is impossible coz I can only buy for R1000! Then they phone me everyday 4 to 5 times, even at work! Eventually they say my balance is actually R500 and not R1000. But that's what they said in Nov 2012 aswell! I phoned them twice now for a detailed statement but still haven't received anything! Then I still get smses saying I need to pay and sould phone a certain number, then I phone and they say they don't hold my account! What is wrong with these people? They have no idea what they are doing and the service is terrible! I doubt that anybody had proper training. I refuse to pay them anything until I have clarity on this unproffesional matter.
