After many email for collection of faulty item, Gobi Ebook Reader, the Ebook reader was collected dd: 06/12/2013, whereby Kalahari Support indicated that the complete return process MAY TAKE UP TO 14 DAYS, to date: 17/01/2014, this is NOW 36 DAYS, every time I send an email for request to return my GOODS, they send a email with the following: On behalf of [URL Removed] we extend our sincerest apologies for the inconvenience you have experienced.
We understand your frustration and assure you that this matter will be attended to urgently in order to avoid a re-occurrence.
Kindly be advised that we are currently investigating the returned item and will advise accordingly, once feedback is received. NOTE: They have send this "APOLOGETIC MESSAGE" four times to myself now. I WANT MY REPAIRED or OTHER EBOOK READER BACK WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT!!!
