Shocking service

My mother and I went into mr price in MENLYN RETAIL PARK at about 14:45 on 26 january 2013 to have a quick look and we ended up buying a few things (R475.91 worth of clothes and accessories) and it had just turned 3 o clock and they locked the doors then proceed to scream in the middle of the shop "ARE THERE ANYMORE CUSTOMERS!!! " While my mom and I were standing next to the till so everybody could see us yet the lady still screamed at the top of her lungs.then we went to pay for our stuff and the lady at the till didn't speak a word to us then when we left, they had locked the doors so we couldn't get out and after about 10 mins struggling to get the door open someone came to help us but yet again didn't say one word to us. I am shocked at the service in this store! its disgusting.everybody could see us yet she still screamed at the top of her lungs.its disgraceful.yes it was closing time but u could up the extra 10 minutes you spend at work to help the customer! the service and its not the first time the staff have had attitude problems.very disappointed
