Jew consultant frauds signature & worst service

I returned my Guess Mens watch your store for the second time (same problem) and was promised that I'd be given feedback on a regular basis. Its been over 3 week and no one's bothered to return my call. Upon going to the store thereafter, I found that the consultant had not only failed to give me proof of my repair, bt also FRAUDULANTLY signed on my behalf! I am appauled by the way this has been handled as management has even failed to contact me after the incident and I am still without my watch!! I demand that a higher party contacts me regarding this as this has now become a criminal offence-! I cannot even begin to describe the horror of this entire process as I have now lost all faith in this Company!
