Hi All
I have been send from pillar to post in the past two months regarding my Guess watch. I came in during the month of December 1 week of December to hand in my watch to be fixed as one of the numbers fell off. Now i have been going back and forth regarding my watch, every time i go to truworths i am told i will be call. Its over 6 weeks now and i was told it will take 4 to 6 weeks, the 6 weeks has passed and i am still waiting. My Watch is going out of warranty next month and i for-see problems after it returns, maybe due to poor workmen ship and i will be told that its out of warranty and cannot be repaired by Truworths. This watch is giving me problem then its worth. The receipt i was given doesnt even have a date to say when it was given in and when should it return. If i cant have it back keep it and refund me please i have the right to get a refund within a year of purchase the watch was taken good care of and i was not negligence for that number to fall off. May any manager at Truworths who believes in customer services please look into this and give me watch back or refund me.
