No Repairs

I was given a Mallerware Modena coffee machine for a wedding gift. A few months after receiving it the glass coffee cup cracked while using it. I did not drop it or bang it. It just cracked while I was making coffee. I brought the whole unit in for repairs and after 3 weeks I recieved a sms saying the item is ready for collection. When I got home I saw that the cracked cup had not been replaced or repaired even though the unit is still under guarantee. Now I must waste my time and return it for a second time.
