JET STORES CONFIRMING WRONG CREDIT LIMITS!!!

Afternoon Guys,
I currently have a jet account with the edcon group of which I never had a problem with before up until today. Earlier this morning I had checked my credit limit using the *130*334# option on my mobile of whIch gave me a limit of Rl788, 20 furthermore my account is always paid on time and always more than the installment required by Jet. I was at the store this afternoon and purchased goods amounting to R415.95. Upon purchase, the lady tells me I should pay R96, 20 for what??? apparently the account was" sold out" when I asked the lady named Nosipho she tells me in new and doesn't understand herself just to add the cherry on top my till slip still states closing credit for today R1372.25. So... Why mislead customers giving wrong credit limits and making them pay and hiring people and not providing adequate training??? In fact I'm considering paying off this account and burning this card.
