Unreliable and horrible service

I bought a home theatre system from them last year September. This year on the 12 November i sent it in for repairs as something was wrong with it, they took it and told me it would take 3 weeks for me to get it back.after 3 weeks I went to collect it and I was told it was not back yet and the manager promised me that it will be back soon and he will call me. After 2 more weeks I went in again and he told me that it was back and they couldn't't't fix it coz it had no guarantee, when i asked him how come coz according to my contract i still had it he told me there's nothing he can do and he walked out and left me in the store. The Regional Manager was there and she looked it up for me in their system and told me I still had guarantee on my system. I went in again the next day to tell the manager and he told me I must wait for the RM as he didn't't know what she was talking about. Again I went in the next day when she was there, they spoke and he told me that the warranty had started again that day so he will send it back again to Sony for repairs and i must come back and fetch it on Wednesday which was now the 11 December. I still don't have it and I'm sick of their incompetence, DISGUSTED
