Bought what was supposed to be a leather bag

I bought a synthetic plastic handbag guised as leather from FURLA in Hyde Park. Within a year, the straps of the bag were peeling. The owner suggested I take back the bag to see if they can fix it or replace the straps. For more than a year, they gave me countless excuses and in the end my bag was not fixed, still in the same condition I took it the store to get it fixed.

Personally, I will never buy a FURLA bag. The lesson is rather spend extra thousands buying the real stuff if you can afford it. Big brands cannot afford to tarnish their reputations; they get out of their way to ensure that they have lifetime, happy clients. For now I must say I am happy that Porsche store is in the centre and burberry... I will stick to those otherwise the big knowns like Prada, Louis Vuitton, Cartier, Mont Blanc etc.
