NO CUSTOMER SERVICE

Yesterday we visited Mr Price in Tygervalley. It was still early, but there were about 20 plus staff members on the floor, but only one lady at the pay point who was trying her best to assist. However, there were people returning merchandice and a supervisor had to approve this. They called the manager (Jonathan) about four times over the intercom before he showed up looking as if he had just woken up. Numerous people were complaining about no service and when my husband tried to talk to him he asked us to leave his shop. How do you get to be a manager if you have no customer skills at all? All he actually had to do was to apologise and promise to try and resolve the problem and not chase people away! Very bad attitude! They will certainly not see us in that shop again!
