Bad service

Today I bought stuff at Pick & Pay Noordheuwel, they scanned the item incorrectly I went to fetch the correct barcode with the correct price. The cashier called the supervisor Rebecca who was very rude and said customers aren't allowed to fetch barcodes. I asked why not? She responded with a very bad attitude "its company policy" and carried on in a rude manner, so much that even the cashier was surprised by her attitude. I mean its not my fault the item scanned incorrectly. I really wont visit that Pick & Pay again, and I shall also not recommend it to family or friends.
