Truworths sold me a damaged MTN phone

I bought a replacement BlackBerry at Sandton city and was told if anything goes wrong there is a 7 day warranty period. The phone has the same issues as the 9360 model that I was replacing. On Sunday the 15th I experienced language, was patronised and told that I should have come back the same day that I bought the phone for them to assist. Not only did I throw away my hard earned money but I was dehumanised at Sandton City Truworths maybe because I was wearing all star sneakers now I underdestand what so many people say abt clothing perceptions.
