Foschini
Utter rude sales person

On Wednesday night I went to foschini Clearwater to buy a few items. There three sales person at the till who were so loud and could not be bothered to assist anyone in the store. I put shoes and belts on the counter and continued on browsing. When I got back they have packed away those shoes and belt. When I asked them where the stuff was, they were so rude, Tshego sweated at me telling me she wants to go home. When I told her I did not appreciate her attitude, she replied saying I can call the head office she does not care. The lady at the food then refused to open the door for me.

I'm sorry but if this is the kind of staff you hire then I rather go to other stores. Your staff need to go on customer service training or maybe that attitude is acceptable at Foschini. Funny enough I was from Edgar's where I had exceptional service, guess what they even have a customer rating form at their tills.
