Foschini dont know how to treat customers

On the 15th of August 2013 I went to Foschini at the Grove in Pretoria. When I got there at 17:45 I asked the sales lady at the make up counter for assitance in buying Revlon Photo Finish her first answer is that she dont stock it. Then I asked for something similiar and help in choosing the right shade, then she actually remembered that she do stock it. When I asked for the Revlon Photo Finish Shade that I am using, she just told me to have a look myself because she is busy with figures. I left it there. Then when I wanted to pay for the clothes and make up, the sales ladies at the till was upset and not friendly because they want to close and it was not even 18:45 yet and the shop closes at 19:00.Yesterday I went to Foshini at Menlyn, wanting to pay the account. Then they actually sent me from the one till to the other. I will rather pay up my account and open an account with a different store, because it was now twice that I received bad service at Foshini in less than a month. You should rather train the staff and let them now, that the customer is the most important person, without the customer they will be without jobs.
