BAD STAFF ATTITUDE

Hi, my name is Patrick Shibane, I went to FOSCHINI today to get a pair of shoes for my wife. There was nobody to help me at the shoe section. I approached a certain lady (Natasha) to ask for help because I needed the correct shoe size, she got very annoyed and irritated by my request for help and told me she is not working in the shoe section and that she can't help me (with a very bad, unfriendly attitude). She told me to go and look for somebody who will help me. I spent about 10 minutes trying to locate a person to help me. Ultimately I left the store with no shoes.
