TIRED OF UNSKILLED STAFF AT FOSCHINI STORES

I purchased 5 items on Saturday 28 September 2 of which was identical. Both Clinique products with different prices. Before siging, I notice that one item was charged at R340.00 and the other R345.00. When I pointed this out, she consulted her superior or manager who advised that I should sign the slip and she would then ring another slip. I refused to sign the slip because I would be acknowledging being responsible. She went on to print out a whole lot of slips. Does Foschini know their staff does not know what they are doing? When I asked for names, the person who advised the assistant assisting me hid her name badge and stepped away from the till. Time of this incident was 17h45. The other problem which I continuously experience is that the staff see you looking for something in the department, they ignore you and just carry on talking. I asked the lady from Clarens to assist me at the Clinique counter and she was one unhappy person. I used to enjoy shopping at Foschini but recently it has become totally unpleasant as I have altercations with the staff continuously. When addressed they have this blank look on their faces or ignores clients.
