I shop @home every single week, the main stores I go to being lifestyle crossing, fourways, Clearwater, crests and recently cradle stone. I love the staff there and love the personalized service all these stores give. The one time I go to menlyn I get disappointed because they had not checked the good! What's worse when calling in the managers attitude is disgusting, she is rude and has no sense of customer service. Because of her our company has to find a different home store to purchase from. Never have I in dealing with at home met such a rude person. When staff acts in a way that displays disinterest and a couldn't careless attitude it's surprising, but once I see the store manages behavior it's clearly explains why that staff is the way they are, it is due to the pathetic leadership! I am very upset and not disappointed but rather disgusted by this woman! I will never ever shop at any TFG stores after this! Get your staff to check items the same way all other stores do, and do not tell me your staff has never made mistakes! The managers leadership and managing style sticks and her attitude reeks even more. DISGUSTING! I never expected such from the Foschini Group. SIES.
