ON THE 10TH DECEMBER 2013, my Son and myself went to East Rand Mall CNA, to find a micro sim card for his tablet for school, we stood waiting patiently for service, there was a lady who came and stood behind me, and Costly saw me standing there for a long time but she was busy with a client, so I was patient, when she finished, she called the lady behind me in her language, when I approached to say I was before her, I got a eye roll and what must I help you with...

she should not be in customer service with a attitude like that, I am horrified that CNA a big Company and well known company even has staff of this manner.
