Poor customer service

Consumers beware please. Global Brands Outlets customer service really. I went to the store wanting to buy boots... the sales person who assisted me was so kind but unfortunately he was off the next day so he asked Sbu to call me and let me know if the other 2 pairs were taken by the other customer who put them aside... guess what??? SBU never bother to call me until today when the first, kind and very helpful sales guy return to work to ask if I still need those boots... I explained to him that I still want them but unfortunately I am ill in bed but will make sure I come or send someone tomorrow before 12:00. The area manager refused and was rude... then Lizy said to the kind sales guy that he should tell me that they won't put the shoes aside and he shouldn't be afraid to tell me so. The area manager promised to call me back but instead he let the kind sales guy to tell me that they won't be putting any shoes aside for me unit tomorrow. I retaliated and told them that they can't do that as their sales guy SBU never called me... so I shouldn't be punished for something their sales people do or not do... what kind of customer service is this...
