Mr Price Home doesn't follow through

I ordered and paid for 2 day beds and mattresses from Mr Price Home in Sandton City on 31 October and was promised delivery in 2 to 3 weeks. After 4 weeks I started phoning to enquire. I have had promises of call backs on the rare occasions I have been able to get through to them, with a single reply by the area manager who has since then not contacted me. It is now 6 weeks and I have neither received my goods nor have I had any service from the company in regards to contacting me with progress on the query. This is the worst service I have had from a local supplier.
