Paying a high price for bad service

On 21 July we purchased a lounge suite from Rochester Stoneridge. We received delivery of the set the next week only to find that the incorrect set was delivered. We immediately contacted the store and spoke to Keith who apologized and promised to phone us back. This never happened and we had to continually has to follow up from our side. Eventually Keith gave us some excuse about fabric being out of stock and that it would take a further 2 weeks for us to get our suite. After 2 weeks still nothing!! We started phoning again, no getting hold of Keith and leaving several messages, someone else eventually attended to us and gave us the same sad story about the material being out of stock. Someone from H/O then phoned my husband to apologise and promised that we would have our set whithin 2 weeks. Needless to say we are now 8 weeks later and still have not received what we paid for instead we are sitting with a used set that must have been on their floor.
