Query unresolved

I ordered a duvet set which was not delivered to me. Home choice contacted me asking for payment. i then told them that the goods were never delivered to me. they asked me to fax an affidavit which i faxed on the 28.08.2013. i then received an sms on the 05.09.2013 confirming that my query was resolved. Home choice is still contacting me requesting a payment for something i never received. i phoned to enquire about my account and they told me they checked and goods were received by a third party. I now owe the R4159.63 which has obviously accumulated interest becuase what i had initially what i had ordered does not match the price thats against my name. i have faxed the affidavit numerous times and the fax is always missing on their side. This will bring out a bad record against my name for a query that home choice fails to sort out. I dont understand why i should be running around when i had already received an sms confirming that the query was sorted out.
