NO DELIVERY for Goods purchsed FOR almost R6000.00

I am totally disgusted in the pathetic service I have received from Mr Price Home Claremont.

I had ordered Furniture last week Monday the 28th October and paid for it the following day for total amount due of R5357.00.
I was promised that The goods would be delivered two days after purchase and assured by Ryan that it would be at the address before Friday last week.

It is now a week and a day later and I have still not even received a call from the store. Gugu from delivery company then called me yesterday with excuses which is not my problem.
I had tried calling the store numerous time and the number is always engaged, then proceeded to call the Customer service call center and spoke to a very apologetic Muhammad who was also unable to get the store or the area manager to call me back.

Over promising and under delivering!!!

I want a full refund and will never buy anything from you again
